Excellent, pack-fresh originality graces both sides of this rare issue, which is one of the final series from the Mercantile Bank Ltd. Although there are almost 650 examples of this date graded in the PMG Population Report, only 19 currently grade 66 EPQ, and a mere 10 grade finer.
