Barac-Unlisted. Diameter: 23mm. Obverse: Bust of the emperor left in military attire; Reverse: Legend in three lines surrounded by circular legend; all in seal script. Edge: Plain. Holed at the top for suspension. A VERY RARE and interesting award for the anniversary of the Red Cross Society. This award took place just before the Russo-Japanese War of 1904/5.
