L&M-843; KM-Y-46 (for type); WS-1328. "One yuan" filled in; pointed-base "1" with long serif; "1-9-4-9" in Chinese characters. The SCARCE version with a "double 1949," this specimen presents great detail and a fairly flashy appearance, with the noted repair emanating from some marks in the field on the characters side, likely for a spot removal.
