CHINA. Dollar, ND (1927). PCGS MS-66.
L&M-49; K-608; KM-Y-318a; WS-0160. High six-pointed stars variety. This ever popular "Memento Dollar" stands out from almost all other examples on account of its state of preservation. With only four examples graded by PCGS that surpass this example, it is evident on immediate inspection that this coin is not an ordinary "Memento." Rather, only the faintest hint of amber tone near the rims is present, with copious amounts of brilliant blast white everywhere else on this coin. With somewhat reflective fields, this coin has an almost proof-like quality about it.
Estimate: $10000 - $15000
