Qing Dynasty. Wen Zong (Xian Feng) 100 Cash ND (March 1854-July 1855) AU, Board of Revenue mint (South Branch), Hartill-22.709. 49mm. 41.88gm. Of unusually fine craftsmanship for the series, not the least trace of flatness or blending together detectable in the characters, which couple with the rims to give a sharp appearance to the piece on the whole. Just light wear provides evidence of this coin's use in circulation, resulting in a more brassy color to the highpoints.
