† Coins of India. East India Company. Bengal Presidency, Silver ½-Rupee, in the name of Shah 'Alam II, Murshidabad type, Year 19, small "19", so it is unlikely that this was machine struck, struck at Calcutta (Pr 149; KM 83.3).Very fine.
It does seem that the large "19"s are from the machine struck series while the smaller "19"s are hand-struck .
