THESSALY, Larissa. Circa 356-342 BC. AR Drachm (19mm, 6.00 g, 10h). Head of the nymph Larissa facing slightly left, hair in ampyx / Horse standing right, preparing to lie down; plant below. Lorber, Hoard, Phase L-III; BCD Thessaly II 320; HGC 4, 454 corr. (illustrations for 453 and 454 switched). Lightly toned, traces of find patina, die break on obverse, a few scratches on reverse. VF.
