Crowned and draped bust of Heraclius facing, monogram to right; all within circular incuse countermark stamped on obverse type of Justin I for Constantinople / SCLS within circular incuse countermark, stamped on reverse of original coin depicting large M with cross above, star to left, [cross] to right.
