IMP CAES M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG, laureate, cuirassed bust of Macrinus right, with older features and long beard, seen from front / PONTIF MAX TR P II COS II P P, Jupiter standing facing, head left, nude but for chlamys over left shoulder, thunderbolt in right hand, grounded scepter in left; S-C across fields.
