D N VAL LICIN LICINIVS NOB C, helmeted, cuirassed bust of Licinius II left, spear in right hand over shoulder, shield in left / IOVI CONS-ERVATORI, Jupiter standing facing, head left, nude but for chlamys over left shoulder, Victory right on globe in right hand, grounded scepter surmounted by eagle in left; eagle left at feet to left, head right, wreath in beak, bound captive seated right behind, head left, X/IIΓ in right field, SMHΓ in exergue.
