D N THEODO-SIVS P F AVG, rosette-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Theodosius I right, seen from front / CONCORDI-A AVGGG A, Constantinopolis seated facing, helmeted head right, right foot on prow, scepter in right hand, shield in left inscribed VOT / X / MVLT / XV; CONOB in exergue.
