D N VALENTINI-ANVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust of Valentinian I right, seen from front / GLORIA RO-MANORVM, Valentinian I advancing right, looking back, dragging captive by hair with right hand, grounded labarum decorated with Christogram on banner in left; M/pellet in left field, star/R/O in right field; BSISC in exergue.
