Medals in silver and in bronze, 80mm by Lagae, 1919, Return of the Albertville in Belgium, Belgium welcoming a Congolese woman, behind, the prow of Albertville and the tower of Notre-Dame in Antwerp, rev. inscriptions in eight lines, stamped 'A' on the edge of the silver medal (Vancraenbroeck 145 (only in AE)).
PROVENANCE: Collection Anvers. The silver one, Elsen, auction 132, lot 1391.
Very rare in silver, about extremely fine ; small spots of verdigris on the bronze medal, very fine. (2)
