Medalla elaborada por Ricardo Martínez en la segunda mitad del siglo XX, quien fue un destacado emisor de medallas, joyero y relojero de piezas finas, algunas de sus obras son muy complicadas de ver a día de hoy, acuñada en plata, ligeros rayoncitos en campos, pero con un buen brillo, tonificada en zonas de poco desgaste, canto estriado. 41 milímetros de diámetro y 28.00 gramos de peso
