SATRAPS OF CARIA. Pixodaros, circa 341/0-336/5 BC. Drachm (Silver, 16 mm, 3.73 g, 1 h), Halikar. Laureate head of Apollo facing three-quarters to right. Rev. ΠIΞΩΔAΡOΥ Zeus Labraundos standing right, holding long scepter in his left hand and double-axe in his right. SNG Copenhagen 598-9. SNG von Aulock 2377. An attractive example with a fine head of Apollo. The reverse a bit weak, otherwise, good very fine.
