Draped bust of Tigranes II to right, wearing tiara decorated with a star and tied with a diadem. Rev. [BAΣIΛEΩΣ / MEΓAΛOY - TIΓPANOY] Tigranes, wearing tiara, driving fast biga to left, holding whip or branch in his right hand and reins in his left. Kovacs 61. Extremely rare, one of a very few known examples. Harshly cleaned, otherwise, good fine.
