INDO-SKYTHIANS, Northern Satraps. Hagamasha, circa 10 BC-AD 80. AE (Bronze, 20 mm, 4.15 g, 6 h). 'Khatapasa Hagamashasa' (in Brahmi) Goddess Lakshmi standing facing on satrapal symbol. Rev. Horse walking left, raising right foreleg. BMC, pl. XXVI, nos. 1-5. Rare. Minor edge crack and somewhat rough, otherwise, nearly fine.


Hagamasha translates as 'whose chariot proceeds in front' in Saka.
