ÞAO ΚANηρKI ('King Kanishka' in Bactrian) Kanishka I standing facing, head to left, sacrificing over altar with his right hand. Rev. MAO (in Bactrian) The moon deity Mao standing front, head to left; to left, tamgha. Apparently unpublished in this denomination. The reverse struck somewhat off center, otherwise, about very fine.


This is the smallest denomination issued by Kanishka I.
