IMP TRAIANO AVG GER DAC P M TR P COS V P P Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Trajan to right, seen from behind. Rev. COS V P P S P Q R OPTIMO PRINC Dacia, wearing peaked cap and tunic, seated left on pile of arms and shields, her head resting on her right hand in attitude of mourning; to left, two long swords; to right, two long spears. Cf. BMC 161, Cohen 376, RIC 158 and Woytek 219 (for obverse prototype) and BMC 390, Cohen 120, RIC 98 and Woytek 283bD (for reverse prototype). Very fine.
