Maximianus, first reign, 286-305. Follis (Silvered bronze, 28 mm, 10.12 g, 6 h), Aquileia, 297-298. IMP MAXIMIANVS P F AVG Laureate head of Maximianus to right. Rev. GENIO POPV-LI - ROMANI / AQP Genius, nude but for chlamys, standing front, head to left, holding patera in his right hand and cornucopiae in his left. Paolucci & Zub 33. RIC 25b. Nearly fully silvered. Very light doubling on the reverse, otherwise, extremely fine.
