D N ANASTASIVS P P AVG Pearl-diademed, helmeted and cuirassed bust of Anastasius I facing slightly to right, holding spear in his right hand and with a shield, decorated with a horseman spearing a fallen foe, over his left shoulder. Rev. VICTORIA AVGGG B / CONOB Victory standing front, head to left, holding long jewelled staff surmounted by inverted Chi-Rho in her right hand; in field to left, star. DOC 7b. MIB 7. SB 5. Scrapes on the obverse and the flan slightly wavy, otherwise, very fine.
