Leon, physician, circa 750-850. Stamp Seal (Silver, 15 mm, 10.66 g). Cruciform monogram ΘЄOTOKЄ BOIΘЄI; circular legend: +ΛЄONTI APXHЄITPⲰ AM ("Mother of God, help Leon the physician, amen"). A very attractive and well-preserved silver stamp seal. Minor scratch, otherwise, extremely fine.
