Theodotos, metropolitan bishop of Ikonion, 2nd half 11th-1st half 12th century. Seal (Lead, 26 mm, 17.88 g, 11 h). MHP - ΘV Nimbate Mother of God "Episkepsis", raising both hands in prayer, medallion of Christ in front. Rev. ΘKЄ [R,]Θ, / ΘЄOΔOT / MPO HK,/NI૪ in four lines, decorations flanking the last line. Unpublished in the standard references. Corrosion on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
