Head of Herakles to right, wearing lion skin headdress. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ - AΛEΞANΔPOY Zeus seated left on low throne, holding long scepter in his left hand and eagle standing right with closed wings in his right; to left, kerykeion; below throne, monogram of ΑΡ. Price 3332. Beautifully toned and very attractive. Light scrapes on the obverse and with a minor flan fault on the reverse, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
