Head of Herakles to right, wearing lion skin headdress. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩΣ - AΛEΞANΔPOY Zeus seated left on low throne, holding long scepter in his left hand and eagle standing right with closed wings in his right; to left, crescent above ΘΕΟ; below throne, monogram. Price 3814. SC 41.3a. Beautifully toned. Minor deposits and with very light doubling on the reverse, otherwise, very fine.
