ELIS. Olympia. 78th-82nd Olympiad, 468-452 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 15 mm, 2.90 g, 6 h). Eagle flying left, grasping the back of a running hare with his talons and tearing at him with his beak. Rev. A - ᖷ Winged thunderbolt. BCD Olympia 22. Seltman p. 20 and pl. 8, 5. Nicely toned. Rough and porous, otherwise, about very fine.
