(x) Sikh Empire, Ranjit Singh (VS 1856-96; 1799-1839), Nanakshahi Rupees, Amritsar, VS 1874 (1817) (4 different dies), all with face-like symbol below bind, the first with no extra digits or words, the second with Arabic word su'ad to left of leaf on reverse, the third with numeral '2' in same position, the fourth with numeral '3' in lam of fazl on obverse, and numeral '2' on reverse (Herrli 01.07.04; Gurprit Singh 01.39.01, 01.41.01, 01.41.02, KM 20.1), the first three extremely fine, choice coins apart from a couple of original flan flaws on edge, the last with irregular dark colouration, good very fine and scarce (4) (Tikkanen 493, 496, 498, 501).
