Roman Imperatorial, Mn. Acilius Glabrio, Triumvir Monetalis (49 BC), AR Denarius, Rome, SALVTIS, Salus diademed and laureate head right, rev. III VIR VALETV - MN ACILIVS, Valetudo standing to left, resting arm on column and holding snake, 3.93g, 8h (RRC 442/1a; Sydenham 992; BMCRR Rome 3944; RSC Acilia 8), the obverse a touch off-struck, otherwise toned, a pleasingly good very fine, probably the sister's son of M. Aemilius Scaurus, a Praetor in 56 BC.
