Heraclius, with Heraclius Constantine (610-641), AV Solidus, AD 616-625, Constantinopolis, Officina I, facing busts of Heraclius, with short beard and tufts of hair at ears, on left, and Heraclius Constantine, beardless on right, both wearing chlamys and simple crown with cross on circlet, cross between their heads, rev. cross potent on four steps, fields plain, CONOB in exergue, 4.50g, 7h (DOC II, 13i; MIBE 11; Sear 738), struck weak to peripheries, otherwise lustrous, extremely fine.
