Octavian. Silver Denarius (3.79 g), 30-29 BC. Uncertain Italian mint (Rome?). Bare head of Octavian right. Reverse: The Curia Julia, or Roman Senate House, the entryway and windows enclosed by a porch with four columns; on the architrave, IMP CAESAR; at apex, Victory on globe; figures with spears at the ends of the architrave.
