This Ludi Saeculares type marking Rome's 1,000th anniversary normally depicts an octastyle (eight-columned) temple of Roma on the reverse, most likely the gigantic edifice built by Hadrian. This specimen clearly has nine columns, five to the left of the opening, four to the right.
