Head of Zeus right, wearing laurel wreath / ΦIΛIΠΠOY, Philip, wearing kausia, chlamys, tunic, and boots, raising right hand and holding rein in left, on horseback left; ZM monogram below. Le Rider Group IA, 34 (D23/R27); SNG ANS 345 (same dies); SNG Alpha Bank –; SNG Saroglos –. Typical granular surfaces. Good VF. Very rare denomination for Philip II, and only one example of this issue (the ANS coin) noted by Le Rider.
