Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / AΛEΞANΔPOY, Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; monogram in circle in left field, labrys below throne. Newell 48 (unlisted dies); Price 2147 corr. (monogram); ADM I Series XIII; HGC 3, 1009c. Attractive old collection tone. Good VF. Well centered on a broad flan. Rare issue as a tetradrachm, only three in Pella (including the one coin listed in ADM and Newell), eight in CoinArchives.
