Head of Demeter right, wearing wreath of grain ears; barley grain to left, API on neck truncation / Grain ear with leaf to left; META upward on right. Noe 440 (same dies); HN Italy 1522; SNG Lloyd 347 (same dies); Hunt IV 30 (this coin). Old collection tone, flan flaw on reverse. VF. Clear signature.
