First prefix and low 3-digit serial number. Courtesy autographs on the front and back, believed to be signed at the release ceremony for this note. Further research is required, but we believe some of the signatures on the back to be employees from the Dutch embassy in Tegucigalpa. Highly unusual and presumably unique.
