Intricate lathework and delightful allegories are seen on this ABNCo designed and produced note for Brazil. At the turn of the 20th Century, Brazil faced the problem of a large demand for currency without having a local printer. Thus, it was forced to turn to American, British, and French printers to satisfy its banknote needs. A tiny serial number 8 is seen on this handsome example.
