Canada Bank of Canada $25 6.5.1935 BC-11 English Variety Commemorative PCGS Choice About New 58. A splendid high grade example of this famous Commemorative. Only 160,000 of these special notes were printed, in both languages, with less than 2% outstanding as of 2013. Simply beautiful designs on both sides endear this note to collectors worldwide. Although this note celebrated the Silver Wedding Anniversary of King George V and Queen Mary, its circulation was cut short by the King's passing in early 1936, which ushered in the new series of banknotes in 1937.
