India Government of India 5 Rupees ND (1917-30) Pick 3acts Jhunjhunwalla-Razack 14.26 Color Trial Specimen PMG About Uncirculated 50. A very rare offering, representing an unadopted design for the 5 Rupees notes featuring King George V that was eventually issued in 1925. This prototype features unique design cues, and possible color trial inking, such as bronze shading and green text. The serial number is most likely fictitious. Some handling and an erasure are mentioned for accuracy. A reserve "5" is seen on the back, which is otherwise uniface. Of the highest degree of rarity and a splendid unadopted design. https://currency.ha.com/itm/world-currency/india-government-of-india-5-rupees-nd-1917-30-pick-3acts-jhunjhunwalla-razack-1426-color-trial-specimen-pmg-abo/a/4035-28204.s?type=DA-DMC-CoinArchivesCurrency-WorldPaperMoney-4035-01062022 HID08706262019 © 2020 Heritage Auctions | All Rights Reserved
