Nicaragua Billete del Tesoro Nacional 1 Peso 24.9.1881 Pick 1 PMG Very Fine 20. A famous issue, and the first regular catalog number for Nicaragua. At the time of cataloging, there are a mere four examples graded in the PMG Population Report, with none grading higher than Very Fine 25. A small in stamp in the back top margin is mentioned for accuracy. This large format note was printed by the Homer Lee Banknote Company in New York. A small, four digit serial number is an added bonus to this already impressive banknote. Very rare and quite popular at the moment.
