South Africa Green Point POW Camp 1 Shilling 20.2.1901 (1899-1902) Pick Unlisted POW4851a PMG Choice Fine 15. This interesting, small denomination note is quite rare. The note is issued by Commander Money (no pun intended!) and hand dated February 2nd, 1901, which is in the middle of the date range known for this type. This type would have circulated in and around the Green Point Prisoner of War Camp in Cape Town. Cancelled and a missing corner are mentioned for accuracy.
