A simply excellent and extremely rare Specimen prepared for Turks & Caicos is offered in this lot. The original counterfoil is still intact. There are no overprints or cancellation seen, but there are also no dates, serial numbers, or signatures. Judging by the dotted underlines on the counterfoil and body of the note, it is safe to estimate that this Specimen was most likely prepared for notes beginning in 1903 and could have been relevant until 1924, which is the final date for uniface notes.
