ISLANDS OFF THRACE, Thasos. Circa 411-340 BC. Trihemiobol (Silver, 12.5 mm, 0.79 g, 3 h). Bald satyr kneeling to left, holding kantharos in his right hand and resting his left on his hip. Rev. ΘΑΣ-ΙΩΝ Large amphora with high handles. HGC 6, 351. Le Rider, Thasiennes 27. Lovely old toning. Light porosity along the obverse edges, otherwise, extremely fine.
