CILICIA. Mallos. Circa 440-390 BC. Stater (Silver, 20 mm, 11.09 g, 3 h). Bearded male deity (Kronos?), with four wings, in the running-kneeling position to left, holding a solar disc with both hands. Rev. ΜΑΡ Swan with closed wings walking to left. Cf. Casabonne Type 2 (swan right). Cf. SNG BN 375-6 (same obverse die, but with the swan to right). SNG Levante -. Struck on very good silver; a fine coin, quite attractive on the hand. Good very fine.
