LVD VX D G · FR · ET · N · REX, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Louis XV left with long, elaborately curled hair / VIS ANIMICUM CORPORE CRESCIT, St. George or Apollo, nimbate with radiate halo, standing facing, head left, resting right hand on hip and left on bow, right foot atop head of vanquished dragon. Feuardent 13230. VF, flaw at 8:00 on obverse and another obscuring St. George's head, plus large stain interrupting patina on reverse.
