Diademed head of the deified Alexander III the Great right, wearing horn of Ammon / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΛΥΣΙΜΑXOΥ, Athena enthroned left, Nike in right hand crowning royal name, resting left elbow on grounded shield decorated with gorgoneion motif, no spear beyond; ΠAIΩ monogram above K in inner left field.
