Displaying a needlepoint accurate strike over velveteen golden surfaces that positively glow with mint luster, a single fine scratch above Ludwig's bust acting as the sole factor precluding even finer certification. The single highest example certified by NGC to date, and the only specimen there to reach the gem level.
