(annulet) ЄD | WΛRD: DЄI: GRΛ: RЄX: ΛnGL: DnS: hyB' x Z (retrograde) x AQ | T' (double saltire stops), Edward crowned, standing facing in ship, sword in right hand, shield in left / + IhC: ΛVTЄm: TRΛnSIЄnS: PЄR: mЄDIV: ILLORVm: IBAT (double saltire stops), large floriate cross with Є at center (on side), crowned lions in angles, all within polylobe with trefoils in spandrels. A slightly doubled specimen, executed on a full, unbent flan. Thankfully not suffering from the cleaning or damage that afflict so many examples, and a more attainable example of this type that rapidly escalates in rarity in Mint State grades.
