Displaying Type I oval bust of George III counterstamp (UNC Strong) on a Charles III 8 Reales 1778 S-CF of Seville. An always contested issue when found in AU grades and finer, especially on this scarce host type. Uniform steely surfaces abound this pleasing representative, with only scattered instances of handling to limit the grade of this otherwise highly attractive piece.
