George IV Proof 1/2 Penny 1825 PR64 Brown PCGS, KM692, S-3824, Peck-1432 (VR). A highly challenging Proof date that appears with much less regularity than the 1/2 Pennies of the following year, and only the second such example we have ever offered. Notably, the coin displays an iridescent chroma over both sides, a rather usual feature for this copper type that typically, at most, exhibits darkened blue toning.
