Barcelona. Joseph Napoleon gold 20 Pesetas 1812 MS61 NGC, Barcelona mint, KM76, Cal-54. The sole gold type produced in Napoleonic Spain, and one that is equally contested and difficult when compared with the more plentiful 5 Pesetas of Joseph Napoleon's reign. Displaying a perceptibly advanced technical and visual caliber, lavishly and carefully struck and peppered with mint bloom and amber silhouettes witnessed to the legends. To date, the NGC census recognizes just a single example higher, bested only by a single grade point.
